Werbach Argues that the concept of radio frequency spectrum no longer exists

At theFeature.com last week, Kevin Werbach, the former Internet analyst for the U.S. Federal Communications Commission and former managing editor of Esther Dyson’s Release 1.0 newsletter, argues that both the radio spectrum and governments need to regulate it no longer exists.
